Ingredients:
4 Skinless Chicken Thighs
2 Cups Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
3 Tablespoons Herb & Vegetable Cream Cheese
2/3 Cup of Hot Sauce
5 Cup Water
1 Egg
24 Wonton Skins
3 Cups Vegetable Oil
Boil chicken in Medium sauce pan with water for 30 minutes. Diced cook chicken. Mix chicken, cheese, hot sauce & cream cheese in bowl. Add to wonton skins. Seal with water. Then deep fry till golden brown.
